Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2026

These terms (“Terms”) govern your use of PathExecute (“service”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account, you agree to be bound by them. We've tried to keep them human.

1. Your account

You're responsible for everything that happens under your account. Keep your password safe. If you spot unauthorised activity, email us at brian@paisleyscotland.com immediately.

2. Payments and refunds

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe in GBP. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee: if you're not happy in your first 30 days, email us and we'll refund the most recent charge, no questions asked.

The Mogul Deal is a one-time payment for lifetime access at the time of purchase. “Lifetime” means as long as PathExecute operates as a service. We also honour the 30-day refund on the Mogul Deal.

3. Acceptable use

Don't use PathExecute to:

  • Send unsolicited bulk email or spam
  • Host illegal, hateful, defamatory, or sexually explicit content
  • Phish, scam, or impersonate others
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to break the service

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this. We'll try to reach out first where reasonable.

4. Your content

You own your content (funnels, copy, leads, blogs). We need a non-exclusive licence to host and serve it as part of providing the service. We won't sell your content or use it to train models without your consent.

5. AI output

PathExecute generates content using third-party AI providers (Anthropic, Pollinations). AI-generated text and images are provided “as-is”. You're responsible for reviewing and editing before publishing. We don't guarantee accuracy, factual correctness, or that output is free of bias.

6. Service availability

We aim for 99.5% uptime but we're a small team building fast. We'll provide reasonable notice for planned maintenance. Downtime credits are not provided unless you're on the Mogul Deal, in which case we'll extend access for any 24h+ outage.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the service is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses (lost revenue, lost data, etc.) unless caused by our gross negligence.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be emailed to active users. Continued use after changes means acceptance.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Scotland. Disputes will be heard in the courts of Glasgow.
